Enhancement
Perspective and language for label rules
Issue description
Label rules should gain more flexibility. They should be scopeable by language and role types, so that different labels are generated (higher computational costs).
Here is an example: Consider the topic type movie releases, which have a date, and point to a movie and a country. From the neutral perspective (e.g. in the index page), the name should be "MOVIE released COUNTRY on DATE". From the Movies perspective it is enough to label it "COUNTRY on DATE" and from the COUNTRY it is enough to name it "MOVIE on DATE".
Developer comments
This should be realized through scope constraints on [http://www.topincs.com/topincs/173, PHP label code].
